Nora is a certified holder of the WSET Level 1 and 2 Awards in Wines, possessing a technical mastery of global wine categories, sensory analysis, and professional service.
As a Canadian Wine Scholar, Nora underwent intensive study of the nation’s diverse appellations, varietal traits, and vinification.
Nora attended Okanagan College for Viticulture and Viniculture, gaining hands-on expertise through cellar and vineyard work practicums.
Nora completed courses in Food & Wine Tourism, Wine & Cheese Pairing, and History of BC Wine. Her studies include Sparkling Wines, Red Varietals, and Wine Geography, alongside her BC Wine Ambassador Level 1 certificate.
